Our History

The local chapter the Ovarian Cancer Alliance of Greater Cincinnati has been operating for the past decade to: Create public awareness about the signs and symptoms of ovarian cancer, to provide support, resources, and education to ovarian cancer survivors and caregivers; and to fund research focused on early detection and a cure.

Ovarian Cancer National Alliance partner Since 2011, we have been a proud member of the Ovarian Cancer Research Alliance. We continue to strongly support their mission of advocacy, research, and support of Survivors across the nation!

As a partner, we have access to the latest ovarian cancer information and can share information with other partners across the US.

We are a local survivor & volunteer led charity driving local efforts to raise awareness, help woman battling this disease and to support research. We will continue to support the Greater Cincinnati community by hosting our annual Teal Power 5K Run & Walk and our Jeans & Jewels Gala. We also support numerous third-party events to raise money for our mission.

We are committed to providing educational programs on ovarian cancer, continuing outreach for survivors and care givers, and supplying information, resources and recently diagnosed "Comfort Baskets" to survivors.
